Tactix and its affiliates, (collectively, “Tactix,” “we,” or “our”) recognizes and respects the privacy of visitors to its website located at Tactix.ai (the “Tactix Website”). We have developed certain privacy practices in order to maintain these standards and to protect comply with applicable laws, rules, and regulations. This Privacy Policy describes our privacy practices, including the types of information we may collect from you when you visit the Tactix Website, use the Tactix mobile (“Mobile”) and use or visit any other online services or programs where the Tactix Terms & Conditions or this Privacy Policy is posted or linked (collectively, the “Online Services”). This Privacy Policy also describes how we use the information we collect, with whom we share it, and the choices we offer you regarding our collection and use of such information.

Please read this Privacy Policy carefully. By using the Online Services, you agree to the terms of this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with the terms of this Privacy Policy, please do not use the Online Services.

TYPES OF INFORMATION WE COLLECT

Tactix does not require visitors to submit personal information (meaning information about a visitor that can uniquely identify the visitor) to Tactix while visiting the Tactix Website; however, we do require visitors to submit personal information to register for specific online promotions or to participate in certain rewards programs, online programs, surveys, or other transactions or activities. On any particular registration page for the Online Services, we may request personal information such as the visitor’s date of birth, gender, email address, telephone number, and/or other contact and demographic information related to the particular promotion, program, survey, or transaction.

When you visit the Tactix Website, we may also collect certain non-personal information by automated means, such as cookies. A “cookie” is a text file that websites send to a visitor’s computer or other Internet-connected device to uniquely identify the visitor’s browser or to store information or settings in the browser. We may also use third-party website analytics tools (such as Google Analytics) that collect information about user traffic on the Tactix Website. The information we may collect by automated means may include, but is not limited to, the following:

  • information about the devices you use to access the Internet (such as the IP address and the type of the device, operating system, and web browser);
  • dates, times, and duration of visits to the Tactix Website (including whether you are a repeat or first time visitor); and
  • information on actions taken on the Tactix Website (such as page views and site navigation patterns).

Your web browser may let you choose your preference as to whether you want to allow websites to collect personal information over time about your online activities across different websites or online services. At this time the Tactix Website does not respond to the preferences you may have set in your web browser regarding the collection of your information, and the Tactix Website may continue to collect information in the manner described in this Privacy Policy. We may enable third parties to collect information in connection with the Tactix Website. This Privacy Policy does not apply to, and we are not responsible for, any collection of information by third parties on the Slide Website.

In addition, various browsers offer a “do not track” or “DNT” option which sends a signal to websites’ visited by a user about the user’s browser DNT preference setting. Tactix does not currently respond to browsers’ DNT signals with respect to the Tactix Website, in part, because no common industry standard for DNT has been adopted by industry groups, technology companies or regulators, including no consistent standard of interpreting user intent. Tactix takes privacy and meaningful choice seriously and will make efforts to continue to monitor developments around DNT browser technology and the implementation of a standard.
